DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan to 375° F (190° C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together milk, beer, all-purpose flour, salt, and eggs to form smooth batter. Place the curds into the batter. Stir to coat. Remove the cheese curds from the batter using a wire strainer.
  3. Deep fry for 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain the fried cheese curds on paper towels.
