DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine grated garlic, white vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, sugar, and ketchup in a skillet. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. 
  2. In a pot, cook broccoli until tender. 
  3. Season shrimp with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Dredge in cornstarch. 
  4. Heat oil (1/2 inch) in a skillet. Add shrimp. Cook until golden. Add the sauce. Stirring, fry until caramelized. Serve with broccoli. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy your General Tso's Shrimp!
