DIRECTIONS
  1. Prepare the asparagus trimming the bottoms. Place it in the pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add olive oil, and toss well.
  2. Place asparagus on the grill in one row and cook over a medium-high heat for 5 to 10 minutes or until char marks appear and the stems are tender when pierced with a fork.
  3. Put the asparagus back in the pan, add garlic and cheese, toss well, and serve.
