Grilled Asparagus with Parmesan
- Prepare the asparagus trimming the bottoms. Place it in the pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add olive oil, and toss well.
- Place asparagus on the grill in one row and cook over a medium-high heat for 5 to 10 minutes or until char marks appear and the stems are tender when pierced with a fork.
- Put the asparagus back in the pan, add garlic and cheese, toss well, and serve.
