  1. Heat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Combine the first four ingredients in a shallow dish. Set aside a small amount of the sauce for basting. Dip chicken pieces in the rest of the sauce to coat.
  3. Prepare and lightly oil the grill grate. Grill the chicken pieces for 18 to 20 minutes or until the juices run clear over indirect heat, turning occasionally.
  4. During the last 10 minutes, baste the pieces with the reserved sauce. Be careful to prevent burning.
