Grilled Chicken Breast
- Heat the grill to medium heat.
- Combine the first four ingredients in a shallow dish. Set aside a small amount of the sauce for basting. Dip chicken pieces in the rest of the sauce to coat.
- Prepare and lightly oil the grill grate. Grill the chicken pieces for 18 to 20 minutes or until the juices run clear over indirect heat, turning occasionally.
- During the last 10 minutes, baste the pieces with the reserved sauce. Be careful to prevent burning.
