DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 
  2. Brush the fish steaks with oil. Season with salt and ground black pepper. 
  3. Grill for 5 minutes on each side, or until the steaks are cooked through. 
  4. In a bowl, mix mango, pepper, onion, cilantro, juice, and jalapeno. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Serve over the grilled steaks.
