Pizza dough

Tomato sauce

Tomato paste 
1 (6-oz) can
Dried basil

Balsamic vinegar

Part-skim mozzarella cheese

  1. Preheat the oven to 450° F (220° C/Gas mark 8). Prepare a baking sheet by spraying it with cooking spray. 
  2. Roll out the dough. Cut out circles using a 3-inch cookie cutter. Place on the baking sheet. 
  3. Whisk together tomato sauce, tomato paste, basil, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and vinegar in a bowl. Spread a bit of the mixture on top of each pizza. Top with mozzarella.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes, until mozzarella is bubbly and the pizza crust is golden.
  5. Then, arrange olives on top of each mini pizza to make spiders. Enjoy your Halloween Pizzas!
