DIRECTIONS
  1. Whisk syrup, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard together. 
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium. Add kale. Cook for 4 minutes, until wilted. Add peas. Cook for 1 minute, or until heated through. Transfer to a plate and set aside. 
  3. Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil over medium-high. Add ham. Cook for 4 minutes on each side, or until golden. 
  4. Pour the syrup mixture into the skillet. Cook until fully coated. Return the kale and peas to the skillet. Toss to coat. Serve and enjoy your Ham Steak with Maple Syrup!
