DIRECTIONS
  1. In a blender, blend spinach, eggs, oil, vanilla, honey, yogurt, and milk until smooth. 
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder. 
  3. Mix the flour mixture with the spinach mixture until combined. Add more milk if the mixture is too thick. 
  4. Heat a greased pan over low. Pour the mixture (1/4 cup per pancake) onto the pan. Cook Healthy Green Pancakes until golden on both sides. Serve and enjoy!
