DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 350° F/180° C/ Gas Mark 4.
- Apply the non-stick cooking spray to a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, plums, walnuts, cinnamon, and salt.
- Ina medium saucepan, melt together sugar and butter until blended well.
- Pour the butter mixture over the oat mixture, stir well. Press in an even layer into the baking sheet.
- Bake until the edges become light golden (about 20 minutes). Cut into 24 separate bars while hot. Set aside to cool, then cut again, wrap each in plastic wrap.
