1 (19 oz.) can (reserve half the liquid)
- Chop garlic using a blender. Add garbanzo beans to the blender bowl (reserve about 1 tbsp. for garnish), add the reserved liquid and the next 3 ingredients (from lemon juice to salt).
- Blend the mixture until well-mixed and creamy, transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with black pepper, pour olive oil over the top, and garnish with the remaining beans.
