Horseradish Cream Sauce
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, and put some of the sauce over a grilled steak or smoked or roasted beef.
- Stretch plastic wrap over the bowl, put it in the fridge, and keep it there for an hour to let the flavors combine. Mixture can be stored in the fridge for 3 days after preparation.
