Tuna steaks
4 (6 oz) tuna steaks
Sesame seeds
1/2 cup
Wasabi paste
to taste
Soy sauce
1/4 cup

Sesame oil

Rice wine vinegar

  1. Mix soy sauce, mirin, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl and divide the mixture into two parts. Add rice vinegar into one part, stir. Set aside. 
  2. Spread seeds out on a medium plate. Coat tuna with the soy sauce and honey mixture. Press the steaks into the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil until very hot. Add tuna and cook for hald a minute on each side. Serve with the rice vinegar and soy sauce mixture and wasabi. Enjoy your sesame seared tuna!
