DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 450° F (220° C/Gas mark 8). Use a cooking spray to prepare a rimmed baking sheet. 
  2. Crush pork rinds into crumbs in a food processor. Place the crushed pork rinds in a bowl. Whisk in the grated cheese, garlic powder, oregano, chili, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper.
  3. Pour eggs into a separate shallow bowl. Then, dredge the shrimp in the eggs. Coat the shrimp in the dry mixture. 
  4. Arrange the shrimp on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until crispy. Serve and enjoy your Breaded Shrimp!
