1 1/2 lb, cored, halved, seeded

Linguine with Shrimp
- Pour water into a pot. Add salt. Add pasta. Following the package's instructions, cook the pasta until al dente. Drain. Return to the pot.
- In a food processor, blend tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil (1/4 cup), oregano, salt (3/4 tsp), and ground black pepper. Add the sauce to the pasta. Stir.
- Season the shrimp with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add olive oil (1 tbsp). Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes, turning once. Add to the pasta. Toss. Before serving, drizzle with oil. Serve and enjoy your Easy Shrimp Linguine!
