Mashed Potatoes with Sour Cream
- Place potatoes in a pot. Cover with water. Add salt (2 tsp). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain. Return to the pot.
- Add cream, butter, milk, salt, and ground black pepper. Mash the potatoes. Sprinkle with scallions. Serve and enjoy your Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes!
