DIRECTIONS
  1. Place potatoes in a pot. Cover with water. Add salt (2 tsp). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain. Return to the pot. 
  2. Add cream, butter, milk, salt, and ground black pepper. Mash the potatoes. Sprinkle with scallions. Serve and enjoy your Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes!
