Honeydew melon
4 ½ cups, cubed
Lime sherbet

Lime juice

4 fresh strawberries (optional)

  1. Prepare a baking sheet, arrange melon on it in one layer, cover, and freeze for half an hour or until firm.
  2. Place the melon in a food processor, add sherbet and juice, and pulse several times until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into 4 glasses and garnish with strawberries, serve immediately.
