DIRECTIONS
- Prepare a baking sheet, arrange melon on it in one layer, cover, and freeze for half an hour or until firm.
- Place the melon in a food processor, add sherbet and juice, and pulse several times until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into 4 glasses and garnish with strawberries, serve immediately.
