DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, hot sauce, garlic, sesame oil, dried parsley, ketchup, chile sauce, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Set aside 1/3 of the mixture.
- Put the shrimp in a resealable plastic bag. Add the marinade. Seal. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
- Preheat grill for high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp onto wooden skewers. Prepare the grill by lightly oiling the grate. Basting with the marinade, cook for 2 min each side (or until opaque). Serve and enjoy your Grilled Shrimp!
