DIRECTIONS
  1. Place long-grain rice, nuts, cinnamon stick, and white sugar in a blender. Add 4 cups of water. Blend on HIGH speed for half a minute, until chopped up into small pieces. Add 3 cups of water. Allow it to sit at room temperature for 8 hours, occasionally stirring. 
  2. Strain the mixture through cheesecloth. Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Dust with cinnamon before serving. Enjoy your Mexican Horchata!
