DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Prepare an 8x4-inch loaf pan by greasing it.
  3. Beat together butter, lemon juice, 1 cup white sugar, and eggs in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture alternately with milk. Fold in 2 tbsps grated zest, chopped walnuts, and blueberries. Pour into the loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 1 hour (use a toothpick to check for doneness: insert it into the center of the loaf and see if it comes out clean). Let the bread cool in the loaf pan for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix lemon juice and 1/4 cup white sugar in a bowl. Remove the bread from the loaf pan. Drizzle it with glaze. Let it cool on a wire rack. Enjoy your Moist Blueberry Bread!
