DIRECTIONS
- Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Whisk in milk and oil. Whisk until combined. Pour into a mug.
- Drop chocolate chips in the middle of the batter.
- Place a paper towel into the microwave. Place the mug on top of the towel.
- Microwave for 70 seconds on high. Remove from the microwave. Top with whipped cream, melted chocolate, or nuts if desired. Serve and enjoy!
