DIRECTIONS
  1. Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Whisk in milk and oil. Whisk until combined. Pour into a mug. 
  2. Drop chocolate chips in the middle of the batter. 
  3. Place a paper towel into the microwave. Place the mug on top of the towel. 
  4. Microwave for 70 seconds on high. Remove from the microwave. Top with whipped cream, melted chocolate, or nuts if desired. Serve and enjoy!
