DIRECTIONS
- Freeze the cheese until solid (at least 2 hours).
- Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C/Gas mark 6). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Place bread crumbs in one shallow bowl and season with salt and ground black pepper. Place eggs in another bowl. Place flour in the third shallow bowl.
- Coat the cheese in the flour. Then dip the cheese sticks in the egg, then bread crumbs. Dip in the egg once again. Then, dip in the bread crumbs. Place the Mozzarella sticks on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. Serve and enjoy your Mozzarella Sticks!
