Baby spinach

DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour water into a pot. Bring to a boil. Add spinach, cook for 30 seconds. Drain. Place in a bowl of very cold water. Then, drain and squeeze out excess water. 
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium. Cook onion for 5 minutes, or until soft. Add garlic. Cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant. 
  3. Add heavy cream, milk, and cream cheese. Simmer until the cheese has melted. Season with salt, ground black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Add spinach. Add Parmesan cheese. Stir well. Serve and enjoy your easy Creamed Spinach!
