Orange Chicken with Marmalade
- Whisk together orange marmalade, rice vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high.
- In a re-sealable bag, toss the chicken with salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and cornstarch. Add the chicken to the skillet. Cook for 13 minutes, or until cooked through. Add the sauce. Stirring, cook for 2 minutes more, or until thickens. Serve and enjoy your Orange Marmelade Chicken!
