DIRECTIONS
- While preheating oven to 350°F/175°C, grease muffin cups or line muffin liners with paper.
- Mix chopped orange, orange juice, dates, egg and sugar in a large bowl. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Blend together the flour mixture and the orange mixture. Fold in sour cream. Then fill in the muffin cups with the batter.
- Bake for about 15, 20 minutes. Insert a toothpick into a muffin. If it comes out clean, the muffins are ready. Remove the muffins from the pan and cool before serving.
