DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat olive oil over medium-high in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Saute onion until translucent. Add orzo. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring. Add wine. Cook until absorbed. 
  2. Next, gradually add chicken stock, stirring. Bring to a simmer. Then, reduce the heat. Cover. Keep cooking for 10 minutes, or until the stock is almost absorbed. Remove from heat. 
  3. Add peas, cheese, basil, zest, cream, and juice. Stir well. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Serve and enjoy your Orzotto pasta!
