DIRECTIONS
- Heat olive oil over medium-high in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Saute onion until translucent. Add orzo. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring. Add wine. Cook until absorbed.
- Next, gradually add chicken stock, stirring. Bring to a simmer. Then, reduce the heat. Cover. Keep cooking for 10 minutes, or until the stock is almost absorbed. Remove from heat.
- Add peas, cheese, basil, zest, cream, and juice. Stir well. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Serve and enjoy your Orzotto pasta!
