DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix chocolate chips with olive oil in a microwave-safe mug. Nuke for 20 to 30 seconds to melt.
  2. Add coconut flour, baking soda, and water; use a fork to mix well. Mix in the egg and coffee extract.
  3. Nuke for about 1 ½ minute until cooked through. Let cool for 2 minutes and enjoy.
