 1/4 cup (warm to room temperature)
Paprika

Lemon juice

DIRECTIONS
  1. In a medium bowl, mix paprika with salt, add lemon juice and softened butter; mix well.
  2. Smear the chicken with the rub all over. Rub a little under the skin, too. Place the chicken into a roasting pan and set aside for an hour to marinate.
  3. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 425 F/220 C/Gas Mark 7.
  4. Bake the chicken for 60 minutes. Spoon the juice over the chicken while roasting from time to time.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a platter. Mix the juices from the pan with sour cream. Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve.
