DIRECTIONS
  1. Prepare an 8x8 baking pan by lining it with parchment paper. Grease with spray. 
  2. Combine chocolate chips, heavy cream, milk, butter, vanilla extract, and salt in a saucepan over medium. Melt and stir until smooth. Pour into the baking pan.
  3. If desired, top with sprinkles. Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until set. Cut the chocolate fudge into squares.
