  1. Preheat the oven broiler to medium-high. Season the pork with salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder. 
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add pork chops. Sear for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Place the pork chops on a plate. 
  3. Then, reduce to medium heat. Add butter. Melt the butter. Add garlic. Saute for 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Add honey, vinegar, and water. Over medium-high, cook for 3 minutes, or until thickens slightly. 
  4. Add the pork chops. Baste with the mixture. Broil for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy your Honey Pork Chops!
