DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F (190° C/Gas mark 5). 
  2. Season the meat with salt and ground black pepper. In a bowl, combine butter, garlic, and rosemary. 
  3. Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high. Sear the pork chops for 5 minutes on each side, or until golden. Then, brush with the butter mixture.
