DIRECTIONS
- With a mallet, pound the meat until 1/4-inch thick. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
- Put all-purpose flour in a dish. In a separate dish, whisk eggs, sesame oil (1/2 tsp), salt (1 pinch), and ground black pepper (1 pinch). In a separate dish, put bread crumbs. Coat the pork chops in the flour, dip in the egg mixture, and then, coat with the bread crumbs.
- In a nonstick skillet, heat 1/2 cup vegetable oil over medium-high until hot.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet. Cook for 4 minutes, or until browned on both sides. Line a plate with paper towels. Transfer the pork chops to the plate. Season with salt. Serve and enjoy your Pork Milanese!
