Easy Horseradish Potato Gratin

  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F (190° C/Gas mark 5). Prepare a baking dish by buttering it. 
  2. Combine heavy cream, ground nutmeg, horseradish, salt, and ground black pepper in a bowl. Add sliced potatoes. Toss to coat. Transfer to the dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Place on a rimmed baking sheet. 
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Then, remove the aluminum foil. Bake for 50 minutes, until tender. Serve and enjoy your Potato Gratin with Horseradish!
