1/2 cup, grated
1/2 tsp, chopped
2 cloves, minced
1/4 tsp, grated
2 tbsps, chopped
Super Satisfying Pumpkin Alfredo
- In a pot of salted water, cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain.
- Melt butter in a skillet. Add minced garlic. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute, or until fragrant. Add chopped rosemary and pumpkin puree. Stir. Add milk. Stir to combine. Stir in grated cheese and grated nutmeg. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Toss in the sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley and cheese. Serve and enjoy your Pumpkin Alfredo!
