  1. Preheat the oven to 475° F (245° C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. Combine bread crumbs, black pepper, and cheese in a bowl. Place egg whites in another bowl and dip zucchini into them. Then, dip zucchini slices into the bread crumbs mixture. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes. Turn over and bake for 5 minutes, or until crispy. Serve and enjoy your Quick and Easy Zucchini Chips!
