DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl, mix red wine vinegar and sugar. Add vegetable oil. Stir. Add shredded cabbage mix. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Toss to combine. 
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning. Allow the Red Wine Vinegar Slaw to stand for 20 minutes. Toss. Serve and enjoy!
