DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  2. Stem-side down, place artichokes in a bowl. Drizzle with juice. Slightly separate the leaves. Insert a knife into the center of the artichokes. Drizzle with olive oil and press a clove of garlic into the center. Season with salt.
  3. Wrap them twice with aluminum foil. Arrange them on a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes. Enjoy your Roasted Artichokes!
