Roasted Baby Carrots: Easy Recipe
- Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C/Gas mark 6).
- Combine balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, extra-virgin olive oil, and crushed red pepper flakes in a bowl. Add baby carrots. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Toss to coat. Arrange the carrots on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until fork-tender. Before serving, garnish with parsley.
