DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 450° F/220° C/Gas Mark 8.
  2. Prepare and grease a large casserole dish.
  3. Put garlic, olive oil, and cauliflower into a large resealable bag. Shake well to mix.
  4. Pour the mixture into the casserole and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes, stirring in the middle of the process.
  6. Top with cheese and parsley and broil for 3 to 5 more minutes or until golden brown.
