Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary
- Position oven racks in the lower third and upper third. Preheat the oven to 425° F (210° C/Gas mark 7). Prepare 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.
- Place potatoes in a large bowl. Add olive oil, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Toss. Arrange the potatoes on the baking sheets (cut side down).
- Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. After that, swap positions of the baking sheets. Roast for 15 minutes, until tender and browned. Transfer the potatoes to a serving bowl. Enjoy your Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary!
