DIRECTIONS
  1. Position oven racks in the lower third and upper third. Preheat the oven to 425° F (210° C/Gas mark 7). Prepare 2 baking sheets with cooking spray. 
  2. Place potatoes in a large bowl. Add olive oil, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Toss. Arrange the potatoes on the baking sheets (cut side down). 
  3. Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. After that, swap positions of the baking sheets. Roast for 15 minutes, until tender and browned. Transfer the potatoes to a serving bowl. Enjoy your Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary!
