Roasted Red Potatoes Recipe
- Position the oven racks in upper and lower thirds. Preheat the oven to 450° F (220° C/Gas mark 8).
- Toss red potatoes with canola oil, chopped thyme, salt, crushed garlic, and ground black pepper. Arrange the potatoes on two baking sheets (cut side down).
- Rotating sheets halfway through, roast the red potatoes in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until crisp. Serve and enjoy your Roasted Red Potatoes!
