  1. Combine soy sauce, zest, juice, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and ground black pepper in the bowl of the instant pot. Set to HIGH saute for 3 minutes. Stir to combine.
  2. Add salmon. Turn to coat. 
  3. Lock the lid. Prepare to cook. Pressure cook on LOW for 1 minute. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for natural release. Then, after 2 minutes, unlock. Remove the pot's lid. 
  4. Transfer the fillets to a serving platter. 
  5. Set to HIGH saute for 3 minutes. Stirring, cook until the mixture is syrupy. Then, spoon the mixture onto the fillets. Serve and enjoy!
