DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 325° F (165° C/Gas mark 3).
  2. Combine honey, Dijon mustard, and juice in a bowl. Mix well. Spread over the salmon. Season with pepper. Place the salmon steaks in a baking dish.
  3. Bake the fish 20 minutes, or until fish flakes with a fork. Enjoy your Salmon with Mustard!
