Spicy Italian sausage
4 cups, grated
- Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C/Gas mark 5). Prepare two baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
- Combine sausage, cheese, garlic powder, baking mix, and salt. Knead until a homogenous dough forms. Roll golfball-sized pieces of the dough into balls. Place the sausage balls on the baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, until golden brown. Before serving, allow the sausage balls to cool for about 5 minutes.
