  1. Warm the mugs: pour hot water into 2 mugs. Allow to sit for 2 minutes. Then, pour out the water. 
  2. Add sugar to each mug. Add hot coffee. Stir. Add whiskey. 
  3. In a bowl, whisk the cream until soft peaks appear. Top the coffee with the cream: pour over the back of a spoon to form a thick layer.
  4. Before serving, garnish the best Irish coffee with chocolate. Enjoy!
