Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
Ground black pepper
3 cloves, minced
Dry white wine
chopped, for garnish
Skillet Chicken Piccata
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high.
- Season the chicken with salt and ground black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet. Cook for 8 minutes on each side, or until golden. Remove the chicken from the skillet. Discard 1/2 of the liquid from the skillet.
- Add butter, garlic, wine, juice, and capers. Over low, bring to a simmer. Add the chicken and lemon. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Before serving. garnish with chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy your easy Chicken Piccata!
