  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Use aluminum foil to cover a baking sheet. Spray it with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet, combine ground beef and soup mix. Stirring, cook over medium-high heat until the beef is browned. Drain and discard grease. Remove the beef from heat. Add mayonnaise and cheese. 
  3. Place the bottoms of dinner rolls on the baking sheet. Spread the beef mixture on the bottom half of the dinner roll and replace their tops. After that, spray another baking sheet with cooking spray and cover the burgers with it. 
  4. Bake for about half an hour. Serve the mini burgers with sliced pickles.
