2 medium heads, florets removed
6 oz, softened
1/3 c. milk
Ground black pepper
Smooth and Creamy Cauliflower
- Pour water into a pot. Bring to a boil. Cook cauliflower florets for 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
- Return to the pot. Mash using a potato masher until smooth.
- Stir in cheese and milk. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Mash the cauliflower until creamy. Before serving, garnish the mashed cauliflower with chives, season with salt and pepper to taste, and top with butter if desired.
