DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C/Gas mark 4). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. 
  2. Mix all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, chopped walnuts, salt, and vanilla extract. Add softened butter. Combine until the mixture resembles a coarse meal. Form into small balls. Arrange them on the baking sheet. 
  3. Bake the snowball cookies in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow them to cool a bit. Roll them in powdered sugar. Then, place them on a rack to cool completely. Dust in sugar again.
