DIRECTIONS
  1. In a saucepan, heat oil. Add chopped onion, diced celery, pumpkin, and grated ginger. Cook over high heat for about 3 minutes.
  2. Add curry powder, garam masala, red chili, and tomato puree. Keep cooking for 1 minute. Add vegetable stock. Covered, bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes, or until tender.
  3. With a hand blender, whiz until the mixture is smooth. Add milk and stir. Serve and enjoy your Spicy Pumpkin Soup!
