DIRECTIONS
  1. Pat the fish dry. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  2. Place all-purpose flour in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, place the beaten egg. Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl. 
  3. Add Old Bay seasoning to the bread crumbs. Toss to combine. Coat the fish in the flour, then in the egg, and then in the bread crumb mixture. 
  4. Place the fish in the air fryer basket. Flipping halfway through, cook at 400° F (200° C) for 10 minutes, or until golden. Serve with tartar sauce if desired. Enjoy your Air Fryer Fish!
