DIRECTIONS
- Pat the fish dry. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
- Place all-purpose flour in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, place the beaten egg. Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl.
- Add Old Bay seasoning to the bread crumbs. Toss to combine. Coat the fish in the flour, then in the egg, and then in the bread crumb mixture.
- Place the fish in the air fryer basket. Flipping halfway through, cook at 400° F (200° C) for 10 minutes, or until golden. Serve with tartar sauce if desired. Enjoy your Air Fryer Fish!
